Skills for Life 5: Bilateral Upper Limb Loss Workshop

This unique workshop includes a program that will feature a series of talks devoted specifically to issues faced by individuals missing both arms (or both arms and one or both legs). Presenters will include individuals living with bilateral upper limb loss, therapists, prosthetists, physicians and others.

What's the refund policy?

Enrollment is limited and thus full payment is required to reserve space for Skills for Life 5 Workshop. The tuition/registration fee includes seminar instruction, materials, seminar certificate, and meals as noted in the program schedule. Full tuition less credit card processing fees is refundable if we receive written cancellation 7 days prior to seminar. Registrants who notify USISPO of cancellation up to one week of the beginning of the seminar are eligible for registration refund, less any credit card processing fees. USISPO, Inc. is not responsible for any guaranteed airline or hotel reservations. Registration for the SFL5 will be open until 24 hours before the first class meeting. In the unlikely event that the course/event is cancelled, we will make every effort to contact the participants, with information they submitted when they registered as well as posted information on the web site. In the event of cancellation, participants will receive a full refund by check or credit card, based on method of payment. We ask participants to allow ample time for refund check processing and credit card account transactions.
